President -
Jenn McGraw
I am honored to serve as PTO President at my son’s elementary school. As a parent and active member of the school community, I am passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive environment where students, teachers, and families feel connected and valued.
With a background in education and a strong commitment to community involvement, I enjoy bringing people together, supporting our teachers and staff, and creating fun opportunities for families to engage with our school.
Outside of the PTO, I am a real estate broker and an active volunteer in my community. Most importantly, I am a proud parent who believes that when families and schools work together, our students thrive.

Sara Mueller
Hi, I’m Sara Mueller and I’m thrilled to join the PTO board as one of your co-vice presidents. I am a stay at home mom to two daughters, a 2nd grader and kindergartener, both enrolled in the dual immersion program. My husband and I are North Carolina natives, though we moved to Mooresville in 2017. Our family loves exploring local culture, whether it’s food trucks downtown, Cannonballers’ baseball games, or the Carolina Ren Faire. I joined the PTO because I believe involved parents are important for happy teachers and successful students. I want to encourage other families to be involved too. Lake Norman Elementary is part of our home and I am so excited to serve our school and community.

Leigh Milstead
Hi Lake Norman Elementary families! I’m Leigh, PTO co-vice president, and mother of a second grader in the LNE DI program. My husband Brett and I have grown up in Iredell County, witnessing all the growth in our area. After being a Statesville High School and an NC State University graduate, I was an Iredell-Statesville Schools teacher and coach for seven years. I am so excited to be part of an enthusiastic and beneficial PTO here at Lake Norman Elementary! Go Dolphins!
Treasurer -
Mandie Jester
Hi! I’m Mandie, and I’m excited to serve as the Treasurer for the Lake Norman Elementary PTO. I married my high school sweetheart, Drew, and we have two children at LNE in the DI program—one in 3rd grade and one in 5th grade.
We’ve called Mooresville home for the past 10 years, and we truly love this community and everything that makes Lake Norman Elementary such a special place. By profession, I’m an interior designer, however I currently work part-time for our church in Davidson.

I’m passionate about supporting our students, teachers, and families, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to give back to the school that has meant so much to our family. I look forward to working alongside our amazing PTO and helping make this another fantastic year at LNE!

Karamie Bringolf
Hi, I’m Karamie Bringolf and I am excited to serve as secretary of the Lake Norman Elementary PTO. My husband and I have three children and are originally from Sanford, NC. We moved to Mooresville in 2016 with our than two boys. My oldest went through the dual immersion program at LNE and is now at The Brawley School. My middle son is in 5th grade DI and my youngest is starting her DI journey in kindergarten this year.
Our time at LNE has been wonderful in part to the teachers, administrators, staff and families that make up LNE. I am excited to get more involved this year as part of the PTO board and I’m looking forward to supporting our community in any way that I can!
